Shipping & delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Within Austria 2-3 working days

To Germany and other EU countries 3-5 working days

This time is added for products that have a longer delivery time (always stated separately for each product).

We are a small family business and we do not produce in bulk with our partners, which is why certain products may take a longer delivery time.

Individuality and quality sometimes take time.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping for Austria is free of charge, with no minimum order value.

Shipping to Germany is free of charge from € 50.

How will my package be delivered and to which countries?

We ship insured with GLS and the Post within Austria, to Germany and, if necessary, within the EU.

Material & general information

Is your jewelry nickel-free and safe for allergy sufferers?

It goes without saying that all of our products are nickel-free!

We only use silver, stainless steel, gold and real gold-plated jewelry.

Where do the materials come from?

We obtain all of our spare parts from Austria and Germany from companies and suppliers we know and then process them in our company. We obtain precious stones, silver / gold as well as diamonds and Co. exclusively from conflict-free sources.

How do I store my jewelry and how long does gold-plated jewelry last?

It is best to always let jewelry breathe a little after wearing it and not put it in a box straight away.

You can always use a lukewarm detergent solution at home.

It is best to take off gold-plated jewelry while swimming in chlorinated or salt water, or avoid chemicals. Normal hand washing or showering is not a problem!

If your gold plating is no longer beautiful, we will be happy to re-gold your jewelry!

What to do if a ring or piece of jewelry doesn't fit?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so we will always endeavor to handle your request accordingly. A ring that does not fit will be replaced or resized by us.

Of course, this also applies to necklaces, bracelets, etc.

Should z. If, for example, the chain length does not fit, it will of course also be replaced.
